C2028SA Semi-Automatic Saw

The C2028SA is ideally suited for cutting large material, up to 20" x 28". The saw head is moved hydraulically along two vertical columns. Hydraulic power is also used for the vise as well as to provide proper tension for the 1 – ½" wide saw blade and to provide the optimum feed pressure for the material to be cut. Cutting rates and blade speed are adjustable as well. The additional of an optional Chip Conveyor is recommended when ordering this machine.

C2028SAM Semi-Automatic Mitering Saw

The C2028SAM is designed specifically for mitering applications. It features a heavy duty saw head that swivels 45 degrees back and 5 degrees forward. The saw has a 1 – ½" saw blade and sufficient capacity to cut 14" round or 14" square material at 45 degrees. Angle cuts are easy and precise as the head and bed are pivoted hydraulically. This unit is furnished with hydraulic outfeed roller, angle indicator, hydraulic positioning of saw head for miter cutting and pendant type control panel as standard equipment.

C2028A Fully Automatic Saw

Designed for high volume production cutting of material up to 20" x 28". The C2028A feeds the material and cuts off the precise number of pieces ordered by the operator. Feed lengths can be as long as 23.6" in a single index. Up to nine indexes are possible for automatic feeding of longer lengths. Available as optional features are the Hydraulic Bundling Attachment used for nesting or gang cutting of smaller materials and the Chip Conveyor.
