Operators can set-up the Kalamatic in minutes and
the procedure is easily learned. The feed roller and saw head is lifted,
stock loaded and positioned, stock stop adjusted for proper length, the
number of pieces required is entered in the counter and then the cutting
cycle is initiated by the operator. After that, the saw operates automatically
until all pieces are cut or the stock is exhausted.
All controls are clearly marked in English and
are designed to also allow the operator to interrupt on automatic cycle,
to cut an individual cut-to-measure piece and then to resume the automatic
cycle without losing the proper count. |
