Operation
The saw operator will set the angle, position the stock for proper cut-off length and then start the blade and coolant with a single switch.As the blade is pulled down, the air powered vise closes against the stock, and remains clamped throughout the cutting cycle until the cut is completed and head is returned to its normal 'up' position.Air vise models should receive consideration when lot sizes of more than ten pieces are anticipated.These models will offer considerable savings of the operators time and energy, and they offer improved production rates over manual models.

 *The CA350PV will cut solid material up to 4" round; up to 4" square, however, the feed rate must be reduced to avoid overloading the blade with chips and it is strongly recommended that the machine be fitted with the optional high capacity chip removal system. Please contact the factory for advice that is tailored to your particular requirements

1. Solid capacities based on mild steel.
2. When cutting stainless steel or other difficult-to-cut materials, use a blade                    no longer than 315mm.
