Operation
The saw operator will set the angle, position the stock for correct cut-off length, clamp the material, start the blade and coolant with a single switch and pull the saw blade through the stock at the proper speed and pressure.Manual models should be considered where required production rates are relatively low, lot sizes are fewer than ten pieces and for materials that are relatively soft and/or easy to cut, such as, low carbon steels, aluminum or most types of tubing.

 *The CA350 will cut solid material up to 4" round; up to 4" square, however, the feed rate must be reduced to avoid overloading the blade with chips and it is strongly recommended that the machine be fitted with the optional high capacity chip removal system. Please contact the factory for advice that is tailored to your particular requirements

Note: 
1. Solid capacities based on mild steel.
2.When cutting stainless steel or other difficult-to-cut materials, use a blade no longer than 315mm.
